Terms, Conditions and Policies
- The registration fee of Rs 500/- for the PAVE or PATH exam is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- The websites pave.prepally.co.in and path.prepally.co.in only accept payments for PATH exam registration, with the fee set at Rs 500/- per registration.
- When completing the registration form, upon selecting the "pay" option, you will be redirected to a payment gateway where you can choose between net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI for payment.
- Upon successful payment, a confirmation slip will be generated, which the student should retain for future reference.
- A confirmation email will also be sent to the registered email address, detailing the form information and including a transaction/acknowledgement ID.
- If the payment fails, the status of the failure will be displayed.
- If the screen freezes or there is a significant delay in response, and you haven't entered payment details, you may restart the payment process from the beginning.
- If you have entered your payment details but received no response, please check with your bank or credit card provider to see if your account has been debited. If debited, do not attempt to pay again; instead, contact us using the details on www.prepally.co.in.
- If your account has not been debited, you will need to retry the payment. Always note the transaction reference details for future reference.
- Prep-Ally does not receive or store any details regarding credit cards, debit cards, or any other modes of payment.
- The information you provide during the registration process will only be used for the purpose of registering the student for the PAVE or PATH , sending important updates about the PAVE or PATH exam, and notifying you of the admission processes at Prep-Ally. All data will be kept secure and will not be disclosed or used for any other purpose.
- The Rs 500/- registration fee for the PATH exam is non-refundable, and no cancellations are allowed once the payment is made.
- If a parent accidentally pays twice for the same child's registration (totaling Rs 1000), they are eligible for a refund of Rs 500/-.
- To request a refund, parents can contact the phone number provided either in the application form or on the "Contact Us" page of the Prep-Ally's CVK Academy website, www.prepally.co.in. The acknowledgment numbers received after payment must be mentioned.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 10-15 business days from the date the refund request is received. The payment gateway will process the refund to the issuing bank, which may take 8-15 working days depending on the bank's policies.
- Only the registration fee of Rs 500/- for the PATH exam will be collected through the websites www.prepally.co.in and path.prepally.co.in.
- Course fees and other admission-related fees will not be accepted through the websites www.prepally.co.in and path.prepally.co.in.
- These cancellation and refund policies apply only to the PAVE and PATH exams. The policy for Prep-Ally courses is different. Prep-Ally does not require full payment upfront for any course; all course fees are paid in multiple installments, which are non-refundable. If a student decides to drop out, they may simply stop paying any future installments.
